Job Purpose:
Introduce our company contracting services (no selling) via telephone to the industrial, commercial, and property management sectors (only B2B) in order to generate leads.
Job Description:
• Manage existing accounts, establish new accounts by planning and organizing tasks that target potential customer base.
• Create some strategies for establishing new potential customers.
• Focuses efforts towards creating and maintaining campaigns.
• Keeps management up to speed by submitting activity and results reports, logging customer activity, and potential opportunities on pre-determined cycle.
• Recommends pro-active ideas regarding market changes, untouched opportunities, and future campaign ideas.
• Maintaining records through internal logging and CRM (Salesforce) tools.
• Contributes to team and works well in group settings.
Job Skills:
• 2+ year's sales/customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and able to work independently.
• Highly motivated.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
• Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion.
• Proven communication, organization, customer service and motivational skills.
• Skills to work in team
• Bilingual 100% (Spanish/English)
